Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Transformation Manager to lead ITOM/CMDB projects and build strong client relationships. You will drive teams across design, development, testing and deployment, with travel as required, and translate business needs into scalable UI solutions across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders to guide engagements, ensure quality, and mentor a multidisciplinary team, while leveraging pre-sales support and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and relevant consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB and related modules.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and manage client relationships.
• Guide delivery from planning through execution and closure; travel as needed.
• Define requirements and develop UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Provide direction, governance, and quality assurance for projects.
