Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to drive transformation initiatives across ITOM/CMDB for diverse clients. You will identify user and business requirements, design UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, and build components that integrate with upstream and downstream systems.

You will mentor a 3–5 person team, lead workshops, and guide the project through waterfall or Agile delivery. Regular travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification, plus 2+ related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a workstream across ITOM/CMDB projects including design and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources (onsite and offshore).
• Advise on process and technology transformation to meet business objectives.
• Gather requirements and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
