Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation programs, guiding global client engagements from requirements through delivery. You’ll manage a multi-disciplinary team, foster strong client relationships, and shape roadmap outcomes with governance and risk focus.

You’ll apply AI-enabled ITOM strategies, contribute to pre-sales efforts, and deliver high-quality artifacts across waterfall and agile projects, traveling as needed in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IS/Engineering.
• ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience (4–6 years).
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• At least two of: ITOM/CMDB certifications (Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, teamwork and organizational skills.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects and delivery with design, configuration, testing and deployment phases.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore staff.
• Build and foster client relationships to demonstrate EY’s value.
• Guide client process and design sessions and workshops; support planning and execution.
• Advise on CMDB/ITOM integration with ITSM and governance considerations.
• Apply ServiceNow AI/Now Assist to improve alert triage and automation.
• Lead pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
• Produce high-quality project artifacts and deliverables.
