Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead Transformation teams, manage client relationships and deliver ITOM/CMDB projects across platforms. You will oversee requirement gathering, UI development, and end-to-end delivery while guiding planning, execution and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Plus additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore members.
• Develop client relationships and demonstrate value of EY services.
