Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Transformation Manager to lead ITOM/CMDB projects and teams, delivering modern UI solutions across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. You will partner with clients to define requirements and drive successful delivery from planning through closure.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years’ ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB experience, CSA or CAD, and strong leadership and pre-sales capabilities. EY offers a hybrid client-facing environment and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and deliver ITOM/CMDB projects for clients.
• Identify and define user requirements, focusing on UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Provide direction, mentorship, and knowledge sharing within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Engage with external clients, lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Travel may be required as needed.
