EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead Transformation teams in ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects and deliver UI-focused development services across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. You will guide teams, mentor staff, and build strong client relationships while driving quality and risk management on complex engagements.

In this hybrid client-facing role, you will manage multiple workstreams, engage in planning and execution, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
A driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a client-visible role.
Develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablets.
Engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services.
Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore resources.
Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services.
Guide process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
