Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation initiatives. You will guide teams, engage with clients, and deliver end-to-end solutions across mobile, web, and platforms. This role emphasizes leadership, delivery excellence, and building long-term client relationships.

The position offers a hybrid model in the US and requires strong communication, senior-level advisory skills, and the ability to travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Multiple ServiceNow certifications (Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong soft skills and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project delivery from design to deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Develop client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
• Plan, run workshops, and manage risks and budgets.
• Travel to meet client needs.
