Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Transformation Manager in the US to lead client-facing teams across UI development and platform integrations. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive requirements, and deliver high-impact ITOM/CMDB solutions for diverse clients.

You will mentor teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and travel as needed to engage with clients. A strong consulting background and ServiceNow certifications are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore resources (consultants, developers, testers).
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
• Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB process implementations.
• Analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
• Lead client sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales efforts including creating proposals and estimates.
• Create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
