Crowe is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Manager to join our growing ServiceNow ITOM team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on development and configuration with a focus on ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

You will be part of a collaborative delivery team that architectures and builds scalable ServiceNow solutions, guiding engagements from discovery through go‑live, and working behind the scenes to drive measurable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work.
• 3+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with an emphasis on ITOM.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Bachelor's degree
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems.
• Translate technical requirements and architecture into scalable, supportable implementations.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure solution quality and alignment.
• Write and maintain clear, reusable documentation and internal development standards.
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and ongoing performance tuning.
• Participate in internal technical design sessions and code reviews.
• Engage with clients periodically during technical workshops, validations, or post-go-live support.
