Responsibilities

• Configure and script ServiceNow ITOM components (Discovery, MID Server, Event Management, Service Mapping).
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and monitoring tools.
• Translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads for quality and alignment.
• Create clear documentation and set internal development standards.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Participate in design sessions and code reviews.
• Engage with clients during workshops and post go-live support.
