Job summary

The role focuses on CMDB health, Service Mapping, and ITOM dashboards, requiring strong collaboration with architects and stakeholders in hybrid work settings across Austin or San Jose regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years ITOM functional consultancy experience.
• Strong CMDB/Discovery/Service Mapping experience.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow ITOM tools and CMDB modules.
• Ability to lead technical discussions on Asset & Configuration modules.
• Knowledge of CSDM concepts and data integrity across CMDB/AMDB.
• Experience with CI data sources and Discovery/procurement integration.
• ITIL Intermediate certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CMDB, AMDB, and data models to support ITOM.
• Lead functional discussions and workshops with stakeholders.
• Capture requirements with architects and translate them into configuration specs and test cases.
• Validate data integrity using Discovery data and data sources; ensure governance.
• Collaborate with teams across IT to deliver ITOM solutions and dashboards.
