Job summary

iTech AG is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow ITOM Senior Developer to deliver end-to-end ITOM builds for federal customers, covering CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management with cross-product integrations across ServiceNow.

The role requires deep hands-on ITOM experience, CSDM-aligned CMDB design, MID Server deployment, cloud discovery, alerting, dashboards, and strong collaboration with SMEs and customers in a FedRAMP/Government environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience with ITOM
• 2+ years implementing ITOM: CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
• Deep hands-on configuration and development across ITOM
• Knowledge of CSDM, CMDB Health, multi-environment infra
• Experience building integrations using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP
• Strong ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript and Glide APIs
• Agile delivery experience and mentoring junior developers

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on build and configuration of ITOM across CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
• Design and implement CSDM-aligned CMDB data models and reconciliation rules
• Deploy MID Server, credentials, schedules, and discovery patterns
• Build Service Mapping for application services and top-down mappings
• Develop event connectors, rules, and alert-to-incident workflows
• Create dashboards and reports for CMDB health and MTTR
• Collaborate with SMEs, customers, and architects; contribute to docs and readiness
