Job summary

Healthtech Inc. seeks an experienced ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Architect to lead design, implementation, and governance of ITOM and CMDB capabilities.

You will define CI classes, data ownership, and data-quality standards, and drive CMDB data quality across ITSM, ITOM, and security platforms. The role combines strategic architectural work with hands-on configuration, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and integration patterns with cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher with ITOM/CMDB specialization.
• Experience implementing and governing CMDB foundations and data models.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB architecture roadmap.
• Lead Discovery and Service Mapping implementations and optimization.
• Establish CMDB governance, data quality KPIs, and lifecycle processes.
• Architect integrations with Azure/AWS, AD, SCCM/MECM, and monitoring platforms.
