Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, implement, and maintain ITOM solutions, ensuring automated discovery and accurate CMDB data across enterprise environments.

The role focuses on Discovery, CMDB health, and Service Mapping, with strong emphasis on integrations to monitoring, asset management, and cloud tools. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams is essential to onboard services into CMDB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ITOM Discovery and CMDB experience.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Discovery, IRE, MID Server, Service Mapping, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support ServiceNow Discovery to identify and maintain infrastructure assets across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Implement and maintain CMDB health, including data completeness, correctness, and compliance.
• Develop and configure Service Mapping to establish business service dependencies and relationships.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party monitoring, asset management, cloud, and infrastructure management tools.
• Develop custom Patterns, Probes, Sensors, and MID Server configurations for Discovery.
• Troubleshoot Discovery issues, identification/reconciliation errors, and CMDB data inconsistencies.
• Configure and maintain Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and CMDB data governance policies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams to onboard services into CMDB.
• Create technical documentation, workflows, and best practices related to ITOM solutions.
• Participate in upgrades, patching, and platform optimization activities.
