Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead HRSD transformation teams and drive strategic client outcomes. You will manage workstreams, coach a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to pre-sales activities.

The role requires strong senior leadership, deep ServiceNow HRSD expertise, and a track record of delivering complex transformations in a consulting environment. Travel to meet client needs is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of HRSD projects.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5–10+ staff, including offshore).
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
• Guide AI-enabled HRSD use cases and responsible AI adoption.
