Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead HRSD transformation initiatives across client engagements. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, drive design, configuration, testing and deployment phases, and help build strong client relationships in a global, flexible environment.

The role involves leading workstreams, mentoring 5–10+ resources (including offshore), and advancing AI-enabled HRSD capabilities such as Now Assist and EmployeeSlate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 1 of the following: HR Service Delivery implementation specialist.
• 5+ years in Big 4 or equivalent consulting.
• Strong executive communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage delivery across client projects.
• Monitor progress, aligning with performance objectives.
• Guide client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
