Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and deliver complex HRSD initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable system architecture.

You’ll interact with business stakeholders, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and travel to meet client needs as part of a growing EY ServiceNow practice. The role blends leadership, technical delivery, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, ISM, Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: HR Service Delivery Implementation Specialist or related certs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status with stakeholders.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure, travel as needed.
