Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager in Technology Analysis to lead transformation teams and drive complex HRSD initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, mentor a diverse project team, and manage client relationships across engagements.

You will oversee design, configuration, testing and deployment, while applying agile and waterfall methodologies. Travel to meet client needs is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of one of the following: HRSD Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team (including offshore resources).
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
• Participate in client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
• Provide guidance on best-practice HRSD processes and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Support pre-sales efforts with proposals and estimates.
• Create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
