Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams, translate business requirements into technical specs, and design architecture solutions while mentoring a multi-disciplinary team. You’ll engage with clients, drive delivery across HRSD projects, participate in pre-sales, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification is required.
• Minimum one of the HR Service Delivery implementations certifications.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects and workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and demonstrate value of EY services.
