Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in HRSD, collaborating with clients and EY colleagues to deliver complex solutions. Travel is required.

You will translate business requirements into technical specs, guide design, configuration, testing and deployment, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources, including offshore staff. EY offers a hybrid model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• 4-6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• At least one of the HR Service Delivery implementation specialist certifications.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver's license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD engagement and workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore staff.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Provide governance, risk, and project management across delivery.
• Guide design, configuration, testing and deployment of HRSD solutions.
• Advise on responsible AI adoption in HRSD and governance considerations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specs.
