Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification with HRSD focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of complex initiatives.
• Manage client sessions and drive planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Contribute to pre-sales and proposal efforts.
• Foster client relationships and demonstrate business value.
• Navigate waterfall and agile delivery, including budgeting and risks.
