Job summary

Tempus AI is seeking an aspiring ServiceNow professional to join our team in Chicago. You will administer and develop on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and HRSD while aligning with IT and business stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement out-of-the-box solutions, troubleshoot platform issues, and contribute to automation and testing efforts using ATF and Flow Designer.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience as an administrator or junior developer.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data structures, and core ITSM modules.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ATF.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize core ServiceNow applications, including ITSM and HRSD, using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Analyze business requirements and user stories to deliver simple, out-of-the-box solutions and minimize scope creep.
• Partner with Technology and Business teams, troubleshoot incidents, resolve platform bugs, and document for front-line agents.
• Build and maintain the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to support upgrades and deployments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations with third-party tools.
• Participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies and communicate project status and blockers.
