Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Business and Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and Enterprise Technology, delivering solutions on the ServiceNow platform from Grand Rapids, MI. This on-site role collaborates with IT and business teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and value-driven outcomes.

The ideal candidate will gather and document requirements, craft user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment, and coordinate testing and deployment across the project

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Ability to develop user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and related processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for process improvements and platform enhancements.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; validate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities across SDLC phases, including UAT, release readiness, and deployment.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify automation opportunities to drive efficiency and value.
