Job summary

Acrisure is a global fintech leader based in Grand Rapids, MI, seeking a Business and Systems Analyst who bridges business needs with Enterprise Technology to deliver ServiceNow-enabled solutions. You’ll translate requirements into features, write user stories, and guide projects through SDLC with stakeholders and developers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of BA experience, working knowledge of ServiceNow, strong communication, and a collaborative, on-site presence to drive digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with enterprise applications or platforms.
• Experience capturing, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Proven ability to develop user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify needs and opportunities for platform enhancements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams through planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate UAT, requirement validation, and release readiness.
