Job summary
Acrisure in Austin, TX is seeking a Business and Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with Technology's ServiceNow initiatives. You will analyze, document, and translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows to support platform enhancements and automation.
You'll collaborate with business leaders, project managers, developers, and admins to deliver value, manage stakeholders, and guide projects through the SDLC from planning to post-production support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications or technology platforms.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify needs and opportunities.
- Serve as liaison between stakeholders and ServiceNow development team.
- Define value, priorities, success metrics, and requirements.
- Coordinate UAT, validation, and deployment activities.
- Support SDLC phases from planning to post-production.
