Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications or technology platforms.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Proven ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile environment.
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and competing demands.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site to support collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify business needs and process improvements.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and ServiceNow development team.
• Define business value, priorities, and implementation requirements.
• Coordinate SDLC activities and UAT.
• Manage requirement changes and communicate impacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
• Support adoption of ServiceNow enhancements and technology solutions.
