Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support the ServiceNow Platform Team within the Service Management Solutions group. The role focuses on analyzing business needs, documenting requirements through end-user agile stories, and guiding stakeholders through design decisions.

You will collaborate with business owners, developers, and leadership to drive consensus on scope and implementation, while participating in agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with goals.

Qualifications

• Solid background in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• 1–2 years documenting end-user agile stories.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITOM/IRM/PRF processes is a plus.
• Scrum Master skills would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders, collect requirements, and design solutions.
• Establishes story acceptance criteria, metrics, and overall goal.
• Translates technical complexities to business owners to drive solutions.
• Communication between business owners and the agile development team.
• Ensures the scrum team has a clear understanding of end-user stories to be developed in the system.
• Create and maintain issue logs, schedule meetings, and take meeting minutes (when needed).
• Communication and coordination between the relevant business owners and the agile development teams.
• Participates in sprint reviews by representing business owner’s interests and coordinating with them to elicit feedback.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
