Job summary

Systems Plus in Arlington, VA is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our onsite team. You will create epics and user stories, develop requirements, and interface with developers to drive how business processes and technology solutions meet stakeholders' needs.

The role requires four+ years of experience, a BS/BA in CS/MIS or related IT discipline, and strong SDLC/Agile skills. Preferred certifications include ServiceNow CSA and CAPM/PMP; a secret clearance may be required.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT discipline.
Additional four years of related professional experience can be substituted for a BS/BA degree.
Experience with ServiceNow and SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

Create epics, user stories with acceptance and testing criteria
Participate in the development of functional business requirements and help stakeholders assess priorities for business processes and technology solutions
Evaluate alternative business processes and technology solutions and participate in making technology recommendations to enhance business operations
Develop business and system requirements, functional designs, process flows, and test plans
Analyze and document business processes and systems
Facilitate requirements gathering
Prepare client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
Interface with the application development team
