Job summary

Community Health Systems seeks a ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong experience in business analysis and the ServiceNow platform. You will gather and translate requirements into functional specs and support design and implementation of ServiceNow modules across ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB.

Work with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise goals, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to change management and user readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or IT-related field, or equivalent
• 2+ years with ServiceNow and modules (ITSM, SPM, HRSD, CMDB) preferred
• 3–5 years in BA or IT project support

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate business needs into actionable specifications.
• Support design and implementation of ServiceNow modules.
• Maintain project tracking, reporting, and resource coordination within assigned portfolios.
• Support readiness, communications, and change management activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve demand and delivery workflows.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
