Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen (no dual status).
• Must possess an active public trust and be able to obtain/hold a secret clearance.
• On-site full-time position in Arlington, VA.
• 6+ years of professional IT experience.
• 4+ years of eliciting requirements and documenting business processes using ServiceNow.
• Experience in SDLC with client requirement analysis and system design.
• Experience implementing systems using Agile methodology.
• Strong on-site and remote team and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical abilities.
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience (may substitute for a 4-year degree).

Responsibilities

• Create epics, user stories with acceptance and testing criteria.
• Participate in developing functional business requirements and prioritize for business processes and technology solutions.
• Evaluate alternative business processes and technology solutions and make technology recommendations.
• Develop business and system requirements, functional designs, and test plans.
• Analyze and document business processes and systems.
• Facilitate requirements gathering.
• Prepare client-facing and internal technology deliverables.
• Interface with the application development team.
