Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer (P2) to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Service Portal, and custom apps. You will build inbound and outbound REST integrations, manage REST APIs, JSON, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub, and configure SSO with Azure AD.

The role requires strong hands‑on expertise, the ability to optimize platform automation, and collaboration with global teams for upgrades and platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Service Portal, SPM, and custom apps.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth/SAML and Azure AD for SSO integrations.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer, workflows, and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-scale platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across modules.
• Build inbound/outbound integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Configure SSO with external identity providers (Azure AD, SAML/OAuth).
• Work with MID Server for integrations, discovery, and orchestration use cases.
• Develop custom apps and optimize CMDB data quality and ITOM capabilities.
• Lead code reviews, release management, and platform upgrades.
• Provide L2/L3 support and ensure high availability and performance.
