Job summary

Unknown is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to advance our ITSM platform and integrations. You will design and implement secure REST/SOAP connections, build custom workflows, and optimize performance across modules.

Responsibilities include developing UI, portals, and automation with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting upgrades and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• 3+ years of JavaScript, client and server scripting.
• 2+ years API integration using REST/SOAP and JSON/XML.
• Experience with ITSM modules and CMDB.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow AI and automation features.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow apps and enhancements.
• Build secure REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, webhooks, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Develop JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Configure ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB.
• Create user-friendly experiences via Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, workspaces, and mobile.
• Troubleshoot platform, integrations, data, and performance; ensure security and release standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support upgrades, releases, docs, and automation initiatives.
