Job summary

System One seeks a ServiceNow Developer in Miramar, FL to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support IT and business processes. You will configure applications, implement workflows, and integrate the platform with other enterprise systems, working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in software analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, integration, deployment, support and documentation.
• Hands-on experience developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues.
• Experience with testing, deployment, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of the enterprise platform ecosystem using ServiceNow to standardize intake, workflow orchestration, CMDB alignment, and cross-platform integrations.
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Implement and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and integrations.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
• Assist in upgrading ServiceNow instances and applying patches as needed.
• Provide technical support and training to end users and junior developers.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending improvements to enhance platform capabilities.
