System One is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a long-term opportunity in Melbourne, FL. This role designs, develops, and maintains ServiceNow solutions that support IT and business processes, including configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow experience and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years prior experience with service platforms and web-based systems.
• Hands-on experience developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of the enterprise ServiceNow ecosystem to standardize intake, workflows, CMDB alignment, and cross-platform integrations.
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Implement and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow functionality, performance, and integrations.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
• Assist in upgrading ServiceNow instances and applying patches as needed.
• Provide technical support and training to end users and junior developers.
