Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to automate processes, improve service delivery, and ensure platform stability and scalability.

The role emphasizes ITSM and Service Catalog work, integrations with REST/SOAP endpoints, and data-driven improvements using Flow Designer and Performance Analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ITSM and Service Catalog modules.
• Knowledge of Change Management and CMDB.
• REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Performance Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, tables, and fields.
• Create and customize workflows, Flow Designer automations, approvals, notifications, and task routing processes.
• Develop server-side and client-side components including: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs.
• Design and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Catalog Workflows.
• Build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business operations.
