System One is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a long-term opportunity in Melbourne, FL. This role designs, develops, and maintains ServiceNow solutions that support IT and business processes, including configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow experience and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years prior experience with service platforms and web-based systems.
• Hands-on experience developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that supports IT and business processes. This individual will be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, implementing workflows, and integrating the platform with other enterprise systems. The developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement within the ServiceNow environment.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years prior experience with software analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, integration, deployment, support and documentation of core and web based systems following the software development lifecycle, or combination of applicable experience, education, and training which provides the knowledge and skills needed to perform job duties.
• Hands-on experience developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues.
• Experience with testing, deployment, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with IT and business stakeholders.
