Job summary

System One seeks a ServiceNow Developer in Miramar, FL to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support IT and business processes. Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in software analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, integration, deployment, support and documentation.

• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues.
• Experience with testing, deployment, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of the enterprise platform ecosystem using ServiceNow to standardize intake, workflow orchestration, CMDB alignment, and cross-platform integrations.
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Implement and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that supports IT and business processes. This individual will be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, implementing workflows, and integrating the platform with other enterprise systems.
