Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Miramar, FL, invites a Staff Software Engineer - ServiceNow to translate business and technical needs into scalable ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations. You will design, implement, and support platform solutions while aligning with enterprise standards and guardrails.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure quality, scalability, and security, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, ServiceNow development, or related technical role.
• Hands-on experience developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, App Engine, ITOM, IRM, SecOps, or similar modules.
• Experience with JavaScript, APIs, integrations, workflow automation, and SDLC practices.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, user stories, and technical designs.
• Design, develop, configure, test, and support ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, development standards, and platform guardrails.
• Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external applications, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Review technical design specifications, code, configurations, and workflows to ensure quality, scalability, maintainability, security, and adherence to standards.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain platform stability across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to engineers, administrators, and junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to enhance ServiceNow capabilities and optimize business processes.
