Job summary

System One is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Melbourne, FL to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support IT and business processes. The role involves configuring, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, strong scripting skills, and deep knowledge of workflows, business rules, and UI

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience with software analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, integration, deployment, and support.
• Hands-on experience developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of the enterprise platform using ServiceNow for intake, workflow orchestration, CMDB alignment, and cross-platform integrations.
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Implement and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues including performance and integrations.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance with standards.
• Assist in upgrades and patches.
• Provide training to end users and junior developers.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and features, recommending improvements.
