Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Sr ServiceNow Developer to mature our ServiceNow platform and support the Service Management practice. You will collaborate with business units and process managers to design solutions, automate workflows, and enable changes, deployments, and continuous improvement across the platform.

You will design and implement integrations with DevOps tools, build custom components, and provide admin support, upgrades, and SDLC documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years ITSM process design experience.
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, LDAP, REST.
• Experience with DevOps integrations and enterprise-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop integrations with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab and other REST-based tools.
• Configure and automate Change, Release, and CI/CD pipeline governance.
• Mentor and lead vendors/consultants and share knowledge.
• Provide admin support, upgrades, patches, and SDLC documentation.
