The role emphasizes deep ITSM, CMDB, workflow automation, and integration architecture across large-scale environments. The candidate will be hands-on, building scalable frameworks and integrations, leading technical design and implementation, and collaborating with clients to deliver robust solutions that improve service delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• 5+ years total IT experience.
• Strong hands-on development in ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog.
• Experience delivering large-scale workflow automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead technical design and implementation for complex workflow automation.
• Configure and customize ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and related platform capabilities.
• Develop advanced workflows with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripting frameworks.
• Design and implement integrations with REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and Integration Hub spokes.
• Support HRSD and BCM teams as required
