Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS, 2+ years on ServiceNow, 1+ years on configuration, and hands-on ITSM/ITOM/HRSD experience. Strong JavaScript, Agile/Scrum methods, and translating business needs into features are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• 1+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules in ServiceNow
• Experience in ITSM/ITOM/HRSD within ServiceNow
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience understanding and translating business requirements in an Agile environment
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and standards.
• Monitor health and compliance of the application.
• Work on platform upgrades and patches.
• Create reusable workflows and other deliverables to improve business performance.
