Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Mature the ServiceNow platform by analyzing user needs and designing, developing and testing solutions.
• Document all aspects of solutions for future maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaborate with other ServiceNow admins and developers to create robust solutions.
• Support issues/maintenance and improve service while enabling new capabilities on ServiceNow.
• Manage customer expectations and interactions; participate in team quality initiatives and follow best-practice web programming techniques.
