Job summary

ICF is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications for client projects. You will work with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate requirements into effective designs and ensure successful deployments.

Role requires hands-on ServiceNow experience, JavaScript/GlideScript skills, ITIL/ITSM knowledge, and an active Top-Secret clearance. Responsibilities include data migration, integrations, testing, user training, and change

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring or building 5+ ServiceNow applications.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
• Familiarity with Now Assist features, AI Agent capabilities and third-party integrations.
• ITIL/ITSM principles knowledge.
• Strong JavaScript and GlideScript skills.
• Workflow configuration and business rule development experience.
• UI customization and complex workflow creation experience.
• Integration techniques with external systems.
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution experience.
• Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Solution Discovery & Design: translate business requirements into ServiceNow solution designs.
• Technical Implementation: build and implement ServiceNow solutions per design.
• Data Migration: design and validate data migration from legacy systems.
• Integration Management: integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
• Technical Documentation: document configurations, data schemas, and decisions.
• Testing & QA: conduct thorough testing of configurations and data integrity.
