Job summary

Bravium Consulting is seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer to join our team supporting federal government clients. The role focuses on hands-on development and configuration, scripting, and integrations to deliver mission-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience, strong scripting skills, and experience with ITSM/ITOM modules. Eligible for U.S. citizenship and Public Trust clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred.
ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CMDB, or custom apps.
Translate requirements into ServiceNow configurations and custom development.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions).
Configure workflows, forms, notifications, and reports.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
Participate in testing and debugging to ensure reliable solutions.
Follow development standards and security requirements.
