Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Dallas, TX to join a contract, long-term engagement. The role focuses on SNOW CMDB/ITOM development, configuration, and integration across banking environments.

The candidate will leverage the NOW SDK, Fluent, and Now Assist, work with REST APIs and CMDB, and contribute to scalable, reliable solutions while meeting tight deadlines within a global team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience in development and implementation.
• Hands-on with NOW SDK, including local app init, metadata transformation, and deploying scoped apps from a local IDE.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close technical tasks related to configuration and implementation
• Provide software coding and customization including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development
• Leverage the NOW SDK to design, build, and package scoped applications locally within VS Code
• Utilize Now Assist for Creator AI to accelerate development, automate playbooks and flows, and streamline code creation
• Update and maintain testing protocols for ServiceNow upgrades and certify apps post-upgrade
• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow product needs in banking environment within SDLC
• Own and drive enhancements to improve reliability and performance
• Collaborating with clients in requirement gathering and providing multiple logical solutions
• Build/improve run books for quality documentation and auditing purpose
• Effectively manage projects with high attention to detail, adaptable to change and team-friendly
