Job summary

Stefanini Group is hiring a ServiceNow Developer for our Dallas, TX team. You will design, develop, test, and deploy scoped ServiceNow applications, leveraging NOW SDK in VS Code, Fluent, and Now Assist.

You will implement configurations, integrations, and automation while maintaining strong documentation and testing processes. The role requires 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, deep knowledge of ITSM/CSM, and proficiency in JavaScript and REST APIs.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience preferably in development and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK), including local application initialization, metadata transformation, and deploying scoped applications from a local IDE (e.g., VS Code).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Fluent for defining application metadata in code, alongside server-side JavaScript modules and third-party libraries.
  • Experience leveraging Now Assist for Creator to optimize development efficiency, code generation, and workflow automation.
  • Hands on experience with incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, service catalog, SLM, workflows and email notifications.
  • Good understanding of core platform features, flow designer, ACLs, APIs in ServiceNow.
  • Experience with ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets, system clone, and upgrades in ServiceNow.
  • Development of custom scoped applications.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
  • Financial Service domain knowledge whilst, not a pre-requisite is desirable
