Job summary

Open Systems Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for our ServiceNow team in a banking-focused environment. The role emphasizes hands-on development, SDK usage, and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery.

You will design, implement, and test customized ServiceNow solutions, manage integrations, and drive performance improvements. Collaboration with global teams and stakeholders is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience preferably in development and implementation.
• Hands-on with the ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK) and local application deployment via IDE.
• Experience leveraging Now Assist for Creator AI to speed development.
• Proficient in incident, problem, change, knowledge, service catalog, SLM, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation.
• Provide software coding and customization including screen tailoring, workflows, reports, data imports, and integrations.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow needs within banking SDLC.
• Own enhancements to improve reliability and performance of existing solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide multiple logical solutions.
• Build and improve run books for documentation and auditing purposes.
