Job summary

Qualifications

• CSA and CAD credentials required.
• Experience developing on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, PSDS, SPM, ITOM.
• Experience building custom applications on ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.

Responsibilities

• Execute development tasks and implement under the direction of a technical lead.
• Translate business and technical specs into high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in an Agile/Scrum team with daily stand-ups and code reviews.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Troubleshoot complex workflows, script errors, and performance bottlenecks.
