Job summary

Accylerate is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform.

You will focus on secure API integrations, custom development, and intuitive user experiences, with ITSM extensions and AI/automation opportunities valued.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, testing ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
• Proficient in building secure REST/SOAP integrations and workflows.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements
• Build secure, reliable integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server
• Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows
• Configure ITSM capabilities such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB
• Create intuitive experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, data, and performance issues
• Apply development standards, security controls, automated testing, code review, source control, release-management
• Develop reusable components and documentation; support upgrades and AI/automation opportunities

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements
• Build secure, reliable integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related technologies
• Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows
• Configure and extend ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB
• Create intuitive, accessible experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and support teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, data, and performance issues
• Apply development standards, security controls, automated testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices
• Develop reusable components and documentation; support upgrades and releases; and evaluate AI and automation opportunities
